The main reason we chose this theme was because having an inadequate lifestyle can conduct to the developing of different health problems. To emphasise the importance of adopting a healthy home, we have categorised the hygiene requirement of our home into different levels to keep or family fit and healthy :

1. Deeper Clean

Professional cleaners can deep clean your bathroom and kitchen and get rid of harmful bacteria in there. A cleaning service can use the right tools such as vacuums, long dusters, sponges and mops to reach tough areas. Their supplies are designed to disinfect and cleanse contaminants from your environment. The vacuums they use will remove dust, dead skin and debris from carpet and crevices. This will allow you to breathe better and have a dust-free atmosphere.

A clean and well organised home has a very positive effect on the mental well-being of the inhabitants. There are a number of pests out there that can be dangerous if encountered. Spiders may bite, and in rare cases these bites may be incredibly dangerous. Roaches are known to spread germs and disease throughout the homes they infest. They crawl over opened food and may defecate on it, leave behind hair and dead skin, or spread germs and bacteria from their own gut. Roaches may also cause allergies or even worsen asthma symptoms. Rat bites or scratches can result in disease or rat-bite fever, and rat urine can spread leptospirosis. Just from these few examples you can clearly see that a pest infestation of any kind is not ideal.

Not only can insects and rodents cause physical harm to your and your loved ones, but they can also cause physical harm to your home and your belongings.  Rats and Mice can contaminate your food, causing you to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of groceries. They may also gnaw through many different types of materials, including cinder block, aluminum siding and even concrete in some cases, causing quite a bit of damage. If you happen to be unlucky enough to have a termite infestation, you could be looking at extreme amounts of damage to the structure of your home.

Mosquitoes spread all types of viruses and parasites, which can cause diseases like Chikungunya, Dengue, Zika, West Nile, Encephalitis and Malaria. The malaria vaccine has variable effectiveness, and there are no vaccines for other mosquito-borne diseases like the ones mentioned earlier. Mosquito nets are particularly important in protecting the most vulnerable groups: pregnant women and children under five years old. Simple mosquito bites can lead to devastating illnesses and even death for these groups in particular.
